Refers clients to durable medical equipment providers for CPAP machines and accessories.
Offers clients access to independent certified sleep specialists for consultations, diagnosis, and treatment recommendations.
May use different types of sleep diagnostic devices to provide information

What SleepTestKit Does Not Do:

Diagnose sleep disorders without a written consultation from an affiliated provider.
Write prescriptions for home sleep tests or durable medical equipment.
Provide emergency or routine medical services.
Enter into a physician-patient relationship with clients.

3. Independent Sleep Specialists

SleepTestKit is not a medical provider but facilitates connections between clients and independent board-certified sleep specialists.
Any medical relationship between a client and an independent provider is established solely at the client’s discretion.
SleepTestKit does not influence medical decisions, pricing, licensing, or compliance matters for independent providers.
Payments for consultations with affiliated providers are processed through SleepTestKit but go directly to the provider.

5. Insurance, Medicare, and Medicaid Policies

Medicare and Medicaid: SleepTestKit’s parent company holds a Medicare supplier number. However, Medicare and Medicaid will not cover sleep testing or equipment without an order/prescription from a sleep specialist.
Private Insurance: SleepTestKit may bill private insurers at higher rates than cash pricing to account for administrative processes. Clients remain responsible for unpaid balances.
Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) & Health Savings Accounts (HSA): SleepTestKit accepts payments from FSA and HSA accounts.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this Website, including text, images, and data, is owned by SleepTestKit or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
